in our vineyard on the premises. The Wine Cottage on our property
is the only place our wines can be purchased. We do not sell our wine

A
light-bodied white table wine made principally from the Vidal Blanc,
Cayuga and Villard Blanc varietals with characteristic fruit flavors
of green apple and citrus. This blend takes its name from the town
of Anselma, where another mill of the same era still stands several
miles upstream of the old mill race at Clover Mill Farm. |
| |
A
full-bodied white table wine that has been fermented to dryness and
then aged in new French and American oak barrels to enhance the fruit
flavors and a soft hint of vanilla. We offer an organically processed
wine without sulfites in a special batch of our 2003
vintage. |
| |
A
soft white table wine that has been aged in stainless steel vats to
enhance the aroma and delicate fruit flavors characteristic of this
premier French Hybrid grape. |
|
A
semi-sweet wine with fresh flavors of citrus and a very pleasant aftertaste.
A light-bodied wine that is great for sipping... goes well with most
any foods. If you like a touch of residual sweetness, we think you
will really enjoy this 2007 vintage. |
